Getting worse every day… The bread is as hard as a rock. The tasteless, mealy chocolate brownies cost 3 bucks and are way too expensive. In short, I won't be going back anytime soon.

Generally speaking, the saleswomen are very friendly. It can get quite busy, and the queues are mostly caused by people wanting "this baguette well-done and not that baguette well-done..." The pizzas are also very generous, as are the sandwiches, and for a bakery that isn't really one, the pastries are much better than in many other places.

It's a shame we can't give 0/5. Some employees at this store are very unpleasant (*the lady with white hair*). Perhaps you should consider a different career... customer service isn't for you... The cashier was friendly, though!

The manager is incredibly kind, smiling, and professional. She chats with the elderly people like they're family. Please don't change a thing; my parents are very happy every time you're there. Thank you, Fati!

The atmosphere and service are very average... I go there about once a week to get croissants and pain au chocolat for my team breakfast, and each time, I find myself wondering how the staff can tolerate the way the manager speaks to them, so bluntly, in full view of the customers who are unwittingly watching... These days, I can buy what I need anywhere; what matters to me is the customer experience and the atmosphere. I appreciate it when I hear that the working conditions in a place are pleasant for the employees, which I don't get the impression they're trying to convey when you quickly understand the management style... Reassessments are happening at all levels of the hierarchy, in all companies that are willing to ask the right questions about what's wrong internally... It's a shame, because what may only concern internal management issues ends up affecting the customers. and therefore create a bad image. Special mention to the pizzas, which are always delicious 🍕

The welcome was more than questionable, extremely unpleasant. I've experienced much better. The manager also spoke very rudely, unheard of! Isn't the manager's role to present a positive image of the company? One wonders... Marie Blachère is really losing quality! It's fortunate the products are good, but the service! What a horror, avoid at all costs!

It's chaos right from the entrance... you queue up and then it turns out you're not in the right place to order a set menu, so you start all over again on the other side. You choose your main course, then you have to go get your drink near the exit and come back to order dessert... and then there's another queue to get to the till, and in the meantime my meal got burnt because it was left in the bread oven.
