14 euros for a tiny burger alone... No salad option instead of fries. In short, trying to save money inevitably leads to a loss of quality. Remember that plenty of other burger options exist... So, proceed at your own risk.

Terrible. I ordered the smash burger today (July 4, 2026) at 12:00 PM. It was simply inedible: the ground beef patty was burnt and rock hard, the bun arrived crushed, and the fries were so overcooked and salty they were inedible. (See photo.) For the price, it's really unacceptable. First and last time for me. The only positive points were the atmosphere and the beer; otherwise, it was a complete failure.

Excellent quality burger, generous portion, the fries are fantastic, and the service is quick and friendly.

The burger was good, but nothing special. However, the fries were cold, which was a shame. Overall, it was decent, but the quality could be improved.

Hello, We placed an order on Saturday, June 13th for delivery (Papa Epagny burgers for 8 PM). Upon arrival, one of the double burger smash meals was missing! When we opened the other two meals, we were shocked and they were burnt! The fries were overcooked! We immediately called the store and were told there was nothing they could do! Or that we had to come pick up the meal! We paid 8 euros for delivery and now we have to come and get the meal! We ordered delivery for a reason! Otherwise, we would have gone there in the first place! The whole point of home delivery is that you can't go out! The response is incorrect and completely inappropriate, especially since the manager himself said he was keeping the receipt and would see what happened the next day we came back. But in the meantime, we're not eating! The response is inappropriate and outrageous! An order with three double meals with bacon extras, drinks, plus three milkshakes for 68.60 euros To spend a fortune is a disgrace! It's truly scandalous to promote quality products and service only to receive this kind of response and leave people empty-handed. Perhaps you should review the team that day and teach your employees that money isn't something to be thrown away. I'm truly disappointed and disgusted by the attitude and service! Completely unprofessional, it makes me absolutely not want to return and eat under these conditions! And given the negative reviews lately, you should wisely reconsider renovating the restaurant, which is going to damage the brand! And drive people away! Very disappointed!
