Having come to eat as a group, our order was refused by the establishment on the pretext that one person at our table only wanted a drink while the others ate crepes. I would like to remind the manager that refusing to sell to consumers is prohibited by Article L121-11 of the Consumer Code, except for legitimate reasons (which is not the case here). Furthermore, no rule requiring customers to order one dish per person was displayed. This is a regrettable business practice, contrary to the law and very unprofessional. Avoid this place if you want to enjoy a pleasant meal without being told what to order.

We stopped after a boat trip. It was 3 pm and we made sure to check if the service was continuous. We found the staff not at all pleasant; we felt like we were bothering them. And then there was the food. Paying €16.50 for a crepe after two slices of salmon is expensive. ...

Terrible. Nothing else to say. The waitresses were extremely rude. We had a long wait before we could order. There were three of us, two adults and one child who doesn't eat savory food. They refused to bring the child a Nutella crepe because he hadn't ordered a savory crepe before. Needless to say, we lost our patience and left. Absolutely avoid this restaurant. Run away from it.

We thought we were lucky to find one table free for four. Out with two small children, eating pancakes is naturally a treat for them. Tables around us had pancakes with Nutella, among other things. After a very long wait (+/- 20 minutes), we were finally handed a menu. Our French isn't very good, but we still did our best to order in French. The waitress didn't speak English, you see. She was clearly irritated that I wasn't very good at French, because she sighed and looked very angry—read: rolling her eyes away. Drinks had been ordered, and they said they would just take a look at exactly what we wanted to eat. After waiting another good 15 minutes and still not having received any drinks, I even beckoned the wait staff over. When ordering pancakes, we were told that none of the sweet pancakes were available. Very strange, considering several tables around us did have them, and that wasn't mentioned when we received the menu. So, by now, well over 35 minutes had passed. No drinks, and the food we wanted wasn't available. We just left and went somewhere else to eat and drink. Hospitality, friendliness, or even clarity are completely absent here. After reading multiple reviews with the same experiences, it surprises me that they still exist.

Unfortunately, only savory crepes are available in the evening, and sweet ones are only available during the day...

Several tables were available, but they were for 5 or 6 people... and there were only 3 of us, a bad number for Breton crêperies, which turned us away, and not even politely. The Bretons had accustomed us to more respect, I must say, serving crêpes in the land of Reblochon cheese takes some nerve... as practically neighbors, we'll spread the word in the old quarters, even if the unpleasant waiter doesn't need any publicity... we'll see 😲

I had my sleeping baby in the stroller and went in to order a crepe and a coffee. When my wife refused to order anything, they rudely kicked us out, saying it was a restaurant and we both had to order. The place was literally empty inside. Just keep walking; it's not worth dealing with people who have no empathy and are clearly unfit to work with the public.

We came as a group of five for afternoon tea. After being seated, we waited over 30 minutes without being served. We asked three different servers for assistance, but each ignored us. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was unfriendly, and the staff were neither kind nor attentive. Faced with this lack of consideration, we finally decided to leave without being served.
