A fantastic experience at Les Retrouvailles for a romantic dinner on the terrace. A warm welcome, even after 9 pm when the restaurant was full, quick service, and delicious food. A great place in Annecy!

The lady serving us was great very polite super friendly. The food was unsalted unseasoned sad microwaved food that clearly lacked passion. It’s a shame that someone’s career as a chef could be summed up as what we were served today at this restaurant. I have never been sadder when pulling out my wallet to pay for a meal. 21€ = NOT worth it! Edit: we got our receipt at 8.18pm and no one came out so at 8.40pm I had to go in and ask to pay. I have worked in the service industry— the restaurant is not that big and crowded that they can get away with treating their customers badly. We got no compensation for them forgetting one of my friends orders either, or my salad tasting like hand sanitizer which coincidentally was on the mantle right next to the kitchen. Waitress was polite and handled us well, and the service was good the people were friendly and polite but unfortunately that doesn’t cover up the quality of the food and the lack of service DO NOT COME HERE.

The dishes were barely passable and mostly too salty. The service was very slow; no one came to clear our plates for the main course or for dessert.

Avoid at all costs. The waiter's attitude was simply outrageous: unpleasant, not a smile, and completely unprofessional. You really feel like you're bothering them. The food isn't any better. The pizzas are mediocre; the dough is clearly store-bought and tasteless. Considering the prices, you expect much better. I will never set foot in this place again, and I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Unpleasant, rude staff who even avoid eye contact with customers. If I could give zero stars for service, I would. Be warned: if you're a party of four, all four people are required to order a dish. We wanted to eat as a group of three, but the fourth person was forced to order a dish even though they didn't want to eat. Furthermore, the food was nothing special. The pizza dough seemed mass-produced and, what's more, it was bad. In short, I do not recommend it.

I would have given it a 5/5 rating if the waiter, who was of a certain age, hadn't been so inconsistent in his politeness. It's appalling to see such behavior in 2026. (My treatment wasn't the same as my partner's...)

The waiter gave us a frosty welcome; there were four of us, but only two wanted to order a drink. We were told that each person absolutely had to buy a drink, even though we just wanted a coffee before leaving.
