We booked a table for 10 for lunch. We chose this restaurant for its rating, the variety of its menu, and the air conditioning (we were elderly and suffered from the heat). The service was good. The food was generally tasty. As for the air conditioning, we barely benefited from it. Seated there because "no other option was available," we found ourselves isolated near the entrance. Furthermore, we didn't get a view of the Thiou River. The air conditioning seemed to be working well for the other customers. We might go back... but we're not sure.

Good restaurant, fairly good value for money for Annecy. I recommend it.

It's a shame the owner of this restaurant doesn't accept holiday vouchers. As for the meal, it didn't live up to all the recommendations in the Petit Futé guide!

We had dinner there on Friday evening and were lucky enough to get a very pleasant table overlooking the Thiou river with a lovely view. The dining room is pleasant, and the waitress was very friendly. The wait between courses was perfect. We had a very good dinner, as always when we come; we have never been disappointed.

Excellent restaurant, very welcoming waitress and waiter. Very good meal with generous portions and quality ingredients. Excellent value for money, I will definitely return!

Friendly welcome, lovely, clean dining room. Fresh Savoyard salad, excellent Reblochon spring rolls, and amazing bacon crisps. The white wine was crisp and fruity. The génépi ice cream was surprising and delightful. A very good restaurant.

My husband and I had lunch at this establishment today and had a very pleasant time; the food was good and the service was excellent.

Overall, I'm very disappointed with this establishment, and the experience was unfortunately disappointing from beginning to end. The wait was particularly long at every stage of the service: about 15 minutes before we were even seated, then several more minutes to get the menus. I should have trusted my first impression when I walked in: a lot of people waiting. We then asked for a carafe of water, which finally arrived only when the food arrived, which is clearly unacceptable. As for the food, we ordered two tartares: Scottish salmon tartare and Charolais beef tartare. Again, there was almost another 30-minute wait before we were served. Upon tasting, the salmon tartare was generally acceptable, as was the beef. However, the overall presentation clearly lacked care and generosity. The side dishes were particularly disappointing: bland, sometimes soggy "real homemade fries" with no particular seasoning, and a "seasonal salad" reduced to a few green leaves with a basic, industrially produced dressing. The most regrettable aspect, however, was the attitude towards our feedback. When we politely expressed our dissatisfaction, the person in charge chose to laugh it off rather than take our comments into consideration. This lack of professionalism and respect for customers is hard to accept. Ultimately, the value for money was absolutely not there. The only positive point concerns the waitress, who was alone in the dining room that evening and did what she could under clearly difficult circumstances. We wish her well.

We were warmly welcomed, but an hour after our dinner (two salads), we became ill. It was probably the spring rolls and samosas soaked in oil.
