Le Napoli

We ate here before our holiday upon arrival at Lake Anne Sea. Once we had ordered, we had to wait approximately 50 to 60 minutes for our food. When the food was served, it was lukewarm. There was a small amount on our plate for the pasta, and the chicken was not seasoned. The burger, on the other hand, was fine to eat.

Passing through Annecy, we stopped at the Napoli restaurant. Arriving early, we were kindly offered a seat while we waited. We ordered two different pizzas, both generously topped, delicious, and served with a smile. We'll be back. J.M.H.

Come on! For a foreign place, the pizza wasn't that terrible... maybe I found it a little undercooked, but that's a matter of taste... Prices were cheaper than the local places... The staff were kind and friendly, but I suspect it wasn't exactly authentic Neapolitan...

We had a wonderful meal; the salads were excellent, and the pizzas were delicious and generously topped. The service was also excellent—very pleasant, responsive, and friendly. All this at prices that are quite reasonable for Annecy. I highly recommend it.

Bad experience at Napoli. We ordered two lasagnas, and 15 minutes later, they were gone. We then chose one veal cutlet with cream sauce and one liguine carbonara. Fifteen minutes later, a veal Milanese arrived! At the end of the meal, I mentioned it to the waiter, and he replied, "It wasn't me." Perhaps a small gesture of goodwill would have been appreciated, but not even that. Conclusion: Order what you want, and you'll get what they want.

Very good, great pizza!

The Caesar salad was quite generous and tasty. The pizza crust wasn't great. The chicken pasta, however, was very good. The price/quality ratio is very reasonable!

After waiting 40 minutes, we still had not been served. When we asked the waiter because we needed to eat, he realized that our pizzas had been served to the wrong table—an empty table with no one sitting there. By the time we received them, the pizzas were cold and dry. Tourist trap.

A deplorable experience. After waiting over 45 minutes for just two pizzas, nothing arrived. Faced with this complete lack of organization and consideration for customers, we decided to leave rather than waste our time. We paid for our drinks (water and Coke), but received no gesture of goodwill, no apology worthy of the name. The waiter's only response was, "I did my job." When you work in the restaurant industry, the least you can do is take responsibility for your mistakes and demonstrate some basic customer service. Clearly, this wasn't the case here. Avoid this place if you value your time and want to be treated with even a modicum of respect.

The food was delicious, authentic Italian pizza!! No waiting time at all, we orded and after like 10 minutes the food was served!

Is it the best and most authentic Italian I’ve ever had? Maybe not. Is it a tasty meal that’s good value? Abso-bloody-lutely. After a few days cycling in Annecy I had another cycle planned and was feeling tired and craving carby Chinese food. I found this place which was open a lot earlier than a lot of other Italians in the town and conveniently located. The staff were friendly and I got seated easily enough outside, with a view out over to the mountains behind me. I got the lasagne and it arrived pretty quickly in a big massive portion. Another waited saw me tucking in and asked if I wanted bread, but I refused having one eye on a dessert from chez Gaston for after. All in all, this was a cracking stop: a decent portion of good hearty food for a fair price. Would return again.

A loyal customer for 20 years, the welcome and the quality of the meals, everything is good.

We've been going to this pizzeria for 25 years. The service has declined over the last few months: delays, oversights, slowness, and increasingly frequent order errors. There are also frequent staff changes. They need to get their act together! The pizzas are still good and the prices are reasonable, but frankly, the service needs improvement... They have two dining rooms and a terrace in the summer.

Despite the rain, the pizzas were guaranteed to be delicious and satisfying at a reasonable price! A very friendly new waiter.

Excellent restaurant, I highly recommend it!
