Les Cadets - Pizzeria

The pizzas are quite well-made, and the ingredients used for the toppings are good. The crust is just a little bit undercooked or not quite crispy enough for my taste (I want to emphasize this point), and it doesn't always hold the toppings properly when the slice is brought to you (it's still good, though, mind you). BUT the service is fast, the server greets you with a radiant smile and great professionalism, there's a real sense of community in the kitchen, and I had a wonderful time enjoying my pre-sliced ​​Cadette pizza without even having to ask, by Lake Annecy at sunset. I'll be back!

Honestly, this is THE best surprise of the year in Annecy. It's a shame we can't give it 6 stars. The place itself is absolutely charming and tastefully decorated, even though it's takeout; it's always nice. From what I gathered talking to them, it's the two young people in the kitchen who started this business. You don't need to be a rocket scientist to see that they're good people who work with love and take pleasure in making you happy with their pizza 🍕. Speaking of these pizzas, I don't think I've tasted such good dough in a very long time. They're truly amazing, and very reasonably priced, which is also a big plus. I think that reflects the founders' mindset, hence my rather long review. I hope to make them happy in turn. Unfortunately, I'm often on a diet and can't eat as many as I'd like. 😅😅 I'd also like to give a special mention to the young woman who will welcome you with such kindness and a radiant smile.
