I came by this morning at 10:49, and there were two people serving: a young man who was really going for it and a nonchalant woman who spent her time chatting with her colleagues! Life is good! No stress, she just mustn't change jobs! Luckily, there weren't many customers at that time!

I came to get the 11:45 meal deal for €5, and then I saw they were out of it. I switched to the €4.95 deal: a rosette sausage sandwich, donuts, and a bottle of water. I said that even if they were out of water, it wasn't a big deal. Then they told me the price without the drink was even more expensive. The manager couldn't offer any compensation or a discount... your organization and operations really need to be reviewed because this is the second time this week I've come to the store and found they'd run out of products, even though the day is far from over! In short, there are definitely problems with this store. A resident of the town

The service is catastrophic.

They threw away large quantities of food, and what's more, they had practically no products. Deplorable.

Disappointing country bread. (3+1) A loaf without salt (not requested without salt) – not great, an oversight? Very frustrating when your guests point it out!!

I called this morning for information, and someone answered in a silly voice while their colleagues laughed in the background. It was like a school playground! 👏

The two people who served me, who spent ten minutes in front of more than ten customers criticizing their managers and berating their colleague in the back kitchen, were particularly unpleasant. Fifteen minutes to get a simple loaf of bread… I've never seen anything like it, and I'm especially shocked by the staff's behavior. They should both find another line of work.
