Le Bistrot du Port de Sevrier

We had a lovely time. Despite a few minor errors in our orders, nothing serious. The dish I chose was good and well-presented, but it lacked a bit of zest in terms of flavor. The desserts were also enjoyable, although the strawberries seemed a little past their prime. On the other hand, the staff were incredibly friendly, smiling, and welcoming. As for the view of the lake, it was simply magnificent and a real bonus. A great place that I recommend.

A fantastic place! Besides the setting, the view, the atmosphere, and the delicious food, the staff is truly welcoming and friendly. During my trip, I had the pleasure of spending an evening there and unfortunately left something behind, which I only realized once I was far from the lake, with no way to return. I emailed them, and they immediately offered to send me the forgotten item by mail. Truly kind and helpful!

This was our first time here, and while we initially thought it was great, as the evening progressed, we could see through the windows that the atmosphere around the owner was tense... but oh well, these things happen... After a very pleasant meal, we asked a lovely waitress about the must-see attractions in the area. She took five minutes to answer us with genuine passion for her region and offered to write down the key places for us (so we wouldn't forget). I thought her thoughtfulness was wonderful, and then I turned around and saw her getting a dressing-down from her boss, who spent her time vaping and drinking from a bottle behind the bar and wasn't exactly professional... except for saying thank you when we paid the bill. As for all the servers, I'm really disappointed to see that there are still owners like that... good luck to you (I have 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry, so I know).

The setting is beautiful and well-maintained, but the overall experience fell short of our expectations. The service was rushed and the welcome rather cold, with no real attention paid to the customers. As for the food, it was adequate, but nothing special, and certainly not up to the standard one would expect from a restaurant of this caliber.

A wonderful discovery by the lake. The view is simply stunning, the service impeccable, and the food delicious. The dishes and menus are a bit pricey, but the overall quality (food, service, and location) makes it worth the trip.

A bit pricey but the location is fantastic

A very bad experience, and very disappointed with the dish. The fries were overcooked and too salty. The menu stated "homemade fries," but the waitress admitted they were frozen, knowing that other customers had made the same comment and were also very unhappy the day before. The owner could have been more considerate and offered compensation in the form of a dessert or something else. The payment was processed efficiently, though—yes, we are in Annecy. Outrageous! We will never return.

Living in Annecy, it's always a pleasure to discover such beautiful new places. The staff is generous and the food was delicious. We'll definitely be back! 🤗
