Monte Bianco

I am very disappointed by the service I received today at this restaurant and the staff's lack of consideration, even beyond the incident that occurred during our meal. When we reported the problem, we simply hoped to be listened to with respect and consideration, but unfortunately, our comment was not taken seriously, and we felt as though our word was being questioned. A simple apology or a few kind words would have been enough to defuse the situation. It wasn't the mistake itself that disappointed me, but the way it was handled. In short, I believe that good service isn't measured solely by the quality of the pizzas, but also by the respect and attention given to customers. I hope management will take this feedback into consideration to improve customer service. Thank you.

Zero stars if that were possible. I am very disappointed and angry. Today, I was at the restaurant with my parents when my father was bitten by an insect. We reported the problem to the cashier, but instead of showing concern or asking if my father was alright, she told us it wasn't possible and spoke to us as if we were making it up. Not a word of apology, not a smile, not even a simple, "Sir, are you alright?" I find this behavior completely unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. Yet, I come to this restaurant often, I am a loyal customer, and I have recommended it to many colleagues. Unfortunately, after the treatment we received today, I will not be returning. Very disappointed by the lack of consideration and customer service.

Ultra-efficient service (literally no waiting), pizzas made with fresh ingredients, and on top of that, the owner and his team are very friendly!

We went there tonight, a party of four. The waiter was incredibly clumsy; he spilled half a cocktail on the table and didn't even apologize. We had to clean it up ourselves with our own cutlery. We asked for an ashtray, which never arrived. Then, after an hour and 35 minutes, our food still hadn't arrived. So, we went to the front desk, and there, the waiter denied everything to our faces in front of his superiors. Maybe I'll go back someday, but I hope that waiter is no longer part of the staff. We still had to pay for the mishaps we experienced. Having a drink is something you have to know about; it's a great experience.

The setting is lovely, the welcome is excellent, you feel right at home in a place where life is good, without any fuss, which is still rare in Annecy. Huge selection of wood-fired pizzas. The cocktails are excellent, the pizzas are amazing. In short, we'll be back.
