Au Régal du Fier truly lives up to its name. The butcher is incredibly kind and helpful. He gives excellent advice. I've been buying my meat from them for three years now, especially for stews. And it's been flawless. The meats for grilling are excellent, and the charcuterie and prepared dishes are just as good. This Christmas, I had a stuffed capon. The bird was as delicious as the stuffing. You can go there without hesitation.

We had a wonderful meal!!! A huge thank you to Brigitte and Patrick for their explanation and guidance in successfully preparing our guinea fowl roasts stuffed with apricots: the cooking, carving, sauce, and presentation. The dauphine potatoes were also absolutely delicious!!! Special mention for the foie gras, which was a hit with our whole family.
